How to recharge your healing injection in Hellpoint

Get more heals to pay the bills.
This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

You have a select amount of heals available in Hellpoint, so you need to use them wisely. If you use your healing injection too early, you might not receive the full benefits, but use it too late, and you can find yourself dying and returning the last breach. It’s a delicate balance. When you do use a healing injection, you have to replenish your reserves, and returning to a breach does not recharge them unless you meet a requirement.

Recharge your healing injection

After you use a healing injection, a pale red bar appears around your healing item at the bottom left of your screen. To fill it up to charge up a new one without dying requires you to kill enemies. You have to kill all of the opponents until the red bar is full again. It takes quite a few kills to recharge, so you don’t want to needlessly use your healing injection without being confident you can receive another in that area. When the red bar fills up around your healing injection, return to a breach to replenish your stockpile.

Your healing injection does not return to you when you reach a breach without the kill requirement, but you do get them back when you die. Hellpoint encourages you to go out of your way to be aggressive towards any enemies you encounter. These enemies do not respawn after visiting a breach, but they do over time, so keep that mind while wandering the game attempting to memorize every little detail.
