Wilson wants to make sure you’re well taken care of while you’re exploring Night City in Cyberpunk 2077. The only way to make sure you’re taken care of is that you have a reliable weapon at your side, and in The Gun quest, you can receive a great pistol to start, but you need to find Wilson.
Where to find Wilson
Wilson is the weapon vendor in the 2nd Amendment shop, and you can find it in your building. If you’re coming from your apartment, it’s on the main floor of the building. However, if you’re coming from the bottom floor, take the elevator, and click to the seventh floor for “Services.” He’s immediately in front of the building’s primary elevator, so you should find him pretty quick.
How to collect your gun from Wilson
When you approach Wilson, there will only be an open to review his selection, even if you have the quest active or not. There is not a cutscene for this weapon or a special dialogue between the two of you. To collect the weapon, all you have to do is click on the Dying Night pistol in Wilson’s inventory, and you can add it to your arsenal. When you do this, there will be a quick introduction to how iconic weapons work, and it can be one of the first iconic weapons you receive in Cyberpunk 2077.
After you collect the weapon, the quest is complete.
