Where to find CCTV cameras in PUBG

PUBG features an array of challenges to test your skills alongside the survival aspect of the game, and one skill features locating CCTV cameras in the game
This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

PUBG is all about surviving against an onslaught of enemies with your squad, with a friend, or by yourself. But there are plenty of challenges that may draw your team’s attention away from the primary goal of surviving, and leveling up that battle pass is sometimes the way to go. A challenge on the battle pass features you destroying CCTV cameras. However, they’re a little challenging to find.

You can only complete this challenge on the Erangel, which was the first map. You cannot find CCTV cameras on any of the other maps. On Erangel, you can find them at these locations:

  • Georgopol, north and south
  • Kameshki
  • Mylta Power
  • Pochinki
  • Rozhok
  • Sosonovka Military base
  • Yasnaya Polyana

Of the choices, your best bet is to choose the outer cities, such as Georgopol, Yasnaya Polyana, and Kameshki. The inner cities like Pochinki, Rozhok, and the military base feature some of the highest amounts of foot traffic. Heading to these locations is likely going to prove far more troublesome than its worth for this challenge.

You can find them all over in these parts of the map. Many of them are attached to telephone poles, while you can also find them on the corners of buildings attached to the wall. They’re durable, so when you locate them, you need to use a weapon with some kick to it or unload it with several clips of your pistol. The challenge requires you to take out three of them, so after you take one out, try to find another nearby. Some of these cameras have a second and third next to them.
