At the same time, most players will not notice any change. The use of VPNs across regions caused inconveniences like language barriers, login problems, and lag issues.
According to Riot Games, the best way to overcome this issue is to cut VPN access from a few of the highest volume VPN services, and the changes will be made effective immediately. However, players will still be able to login to their own region using a VPN. If they face any problems, they can contact the customer support for League of Legends: Wild Rift. The list of VPNs blocked might be extended after complete evaluation.
