Do you feel like you need to up your tank game as a Titan? Then you’ve been searching for Ursa Furiosa. This stylish and ferocious item turns a regular Titan into a colossal monster who protects their teammates and pushes the line to ensure victory in almost any fight. We’re going to cover what makes this item such a great choice, and where you’re going to find it in Destiny 2.

Ursa Furiosa

What Are They?

The Ursa Furiosa is a pair of gauntlets made explicitly for the Titan Guardian. They’re designed to have the Titan utilize their shield ultimate because the gauntlets come with a peculiar perk called Ursine Guard. What this perk does is when the Titan Guardian has their shield super activated, they’re going to run faster, but any damage the shield receives converts into super energy once the current shield extinguishes. For Titans who play their cards right, they won’t have to wait too long for their next super to reach full power.

While the perk can turn the tide in an intense PvE fight, it flips the script on most PvP fights, especially if enemy players don’t pick up on how the exotic works. You’re just going to have your shield at the ready continually, and if you’re not getting attacked by them, then you’re going to attack them with your purple shield and take them down. Having Ursa Furiosa on any Titan is almost a must because of this two-sided coin, allowing the Guardian to be a defensive and offensive player.

What Rolls Can You Get On It?

Where Can You Get It?

You’re going to have three different sure-fire methods for grabbing this exotic. This first is to loot the Ursa Furiosa through an exotic engram, which means you’re playing the game to grind these. The more you have, the better chance you’re going to find one. Unfortunately, because of the potential for a random perk to attach itself to the gauntlets, you may need to loot it several times find your perfect match. Regardless, it’s going to have Ursine Guard on it every single time. The second best way to loot this item is to go through the weekly grinds and hope you get it in one of the Weekly Milestone drops.

The final method to grabbing these gauntlets is to buy them off Xur the weekend he’s around. Because he won’t always have them for sale, it’s not a safe bet. You’re better off running through the game, grabbing exotic engrams.

Overview

The Ursine Guard perk makes this item a most-have for any ideal Titan player. There item grants the player so much diversity, it’s difficult to find a better item, except for anything made explicitly for whatever raid, strike, or Gambit Prime match. Outside of those, the Ursa Furiosa takes the cake.
