One of the main challenges of any Far Cry game is taking enemy strongholds for control over the territory. Staying with that tradition, the post-apocalyptic-themed Far Cry New Dawn includes ten enemy Outposts for players to liberate. Doing so will earn fast-travel points and tons of Ethanol to boost your adventures.
Far Cry New Dawn Outposts Locations
Below we show you all the points where the outposts are located. The order is purely alphabetic.
The Outpost names are:
Outpost 1 Location: Broken Forge
Outpost 2 Location: The Chop Shop
Outpost 3 Location: Empty Garden
Outpost 4 Location: The Island
Outpost 5 Location: The Pantry
Outpost 6 Location: The Refinery
Outpost 7 Location: Sacred Lumber
Outpost 8 Location: Signal Point
Outpost 9 Location: Trailer Town
Outpost 10 Location: The Watering Hole
Tips For Taking Outposts
Each Outpost will reward players with 100 Ethanol the first time they capture it. However, players can choose to scavenge the Outpost instead of taking it, which provides an Ethanol boost but returns its ownership to the Highwaymen. Afterward, it will become harder to retake the Outpost. On the other hand, tougher challenges yield higher rewards. You’ll have to decide what you’re up for.
In the meantime, we advise you to be accompanied by Pastor Jerome, Nana, and Hurk as teammates to attack the outposts. These three put together, can do so much damage especially during the first attack when the enemies are unaware of what is about to happen. Alternatively, you can instruct yourself to make sneak attacks. In the meantime, Nina can take most of her enemies thanks to the precision of her sniper rifle. In short, you have many possible choices but beware, stealth attacks will make you have more Ethanol.
