Update August 1: If you are reading this article after TennoCon has finished, Digital Extremes have advised that there will be some delays in getting the Hydroid Prime to your account. This is due to the large numbers of players who need to receive one. If you are still waiting, just be patient and it should show up soon.
Original article: If you thought you needed Hydroid Prime to come out of the Vault to get your hands on him, then good news. You will be able to get Hydroid Prime, and a hand cannon called the Athodai, for free, just by watching the upcoming Tennocon 2020 event.
Tennocon will be taking place on Aug. 1, and as long as you have your Warframe account linked to your Twitch account, you will be able to get your hands on both these items just by watching.

Connecting your Warframe account to your Twitch accounts is very easy to do, just follow the below steps:
- Go to https://www.warframe.com/user and log into your Warframe account
- Click on your login name in the top right corner, then “Account Management”
- Click Link your Twitch Account at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to link your Warframe account to your Twitch Account
We assume that this weapon and Warframe giveaway will work the same as previous ones, where you get the relevant slot in your Inventory, and more than likely an Orokin Reactor in the Warframe and an Orokin Catalyst in the weapon.
