If you want to get your hands on the Verve emote in Fortnite, it is very easy to do. The emote was modeled after the dance submitted by Michael Mejeh, the winner of the #EmoteRoyaleContest. Michael and his brother Jamie choreographed this dance together, and it’s all about energy. Log into Fortnite from July 27, 8 pm ET to July 29, 8 pm ET to receive the Emote for free!

The Verve emote is being given away to celebrate a special in-game showing of “We The People x More Than A Vote.” We The People x More Than A Vote is a series of conversations that bring together a group of athletes and entertainers to inspire young adults to take action against the voter suppression crisis that is disproportionately impacting Black communities.

The second installment of We The People is hosted by Cari Champion and features athlete Jason Heyward, rapper and activist Bun B, athlete and sports host Jalen Rose, actress and comedian Yvonne Orji and rapper Russ. It will be aired simultaneously in Fortnite and Houseparty on July 28, starting at 7:00 pm ET.

How to watch “We The People” in Fortnite

1. Launch Fortnite on Tuesday, July 28 before 7:00 pm EDT.
2. Select the Battle Royale game mode, Enter the Party Royale playlist, and head to the Island’s Big Screen.
3. Wait for the event to start at 7:00 pm EDT.
4. Continue the conversation with your friends.
