Lantern Rite, Big Business? is a Lantern Rite Tale in Genshin Impact. You will need to have completed all the previous Lantern Rite Tales to get access to this quest. To begin the quest, travel to the quest waypoint and speak with Mr. Zhu, the owner of the Inn there.
He will need some help to gather Xiao Lantern materials for his employee, Dummy. Dummy will need two Lantern Fiber and two Wick Material. You can get Lantern Fiber from any harvestable plant. If a plant exists in the game that you can collect, you will automatically get one Lantern Fiber when you pick it.
Wick Material will drop from Hilichurl-type enemies and Fatui Elites. You need to kill the enemy, as usual, and the material will drop from them. You can then pick it up like any other resource.
Return to Mr. Zhu between 12:00 and 16:00. You can change the time from the main menu by using the clock icon. He will ask you for help getting people to come to his Inn. Follow the waypoints and speak to the characters, then talk to Zhu again who will ask you to make some Jewelry Soup.
To make Jewelry Soup, players will need the following ingredients and will get the recipe during the Custodian of the Clouds quest, which is one of the later main story quests. It is also possible to buy Jewelry Soup from Harris at the camp on the edge of Mondstadt just before the Dragonspine region.

- 2 Tofu
- 1 Lotus Head
Snapdragon can be found in both Liyue and Mondstadt and will grow near rivers or on beaches. The best place to farm Snapdragon is along the coast directly east of Mt. Azoang in Liyue.
Tofu can be purchased from the Second Life store just beside the second teleporter point in Liyue or can be gotten from Ms. Bai at Qingce Village. You can find a lot of Lotus Head plants growing in the stepped pools of water at Luhua Pool. Check them all every couple of days and harvest anything you find there.
Give the Jewelry Soup to Mr. Zhu and then sit at the table with them. After the meal is done, speak with Jianqiu and walk up the mountain to the waypoint so that he can release a Xiao Lantern. Return to Mr. Zhu one more time and the quest will be complete.
