Today in the Lost Riches event, the second Special Treasure has become available, and you can find it at Yaoguang Shoal. If you do not know where this is, you can find it in Liyue, along the coast to the southeast of the Guili Plains. You will be looking for a large tree with a hut built around it, which is home to Granny Chu. You may remember this NPC from previous quests in the game.
The exact location of the treasure will be up to you to find, but we have done that for you to make your life a little easier. You can see the exact spot you need to visit marked on the map above by the blue triangular player icon. Make sure you activate your Treasure Seeking-Seelie, then dig at the glowing spot on the ground.
When you dig at the right spot, a challenge plinth will appear and you can interact with it. You will need to defeat three enemies. You will need to defeat two Rock Shieldwall Mitachurls and one Stonehide Lawlachurl. You will have one minute, and need to face them one at a time, but will gain another minute when you defeat the current enemy.
It is a good idea to bring a strong physical damage character to cut through the Geo shields that your enemies will have.
If you need help tracking down any of the other Treasure locations, you can find suitable guides linked below:
- Treasure Area 1 – Falcon Coast
- Treasure Area 2 – Lingju Pass
- Treasure Area 3 – Starfell Lake
- Treasure Area 4 – Guili Plains
- Special Treasure – Brightcrown Cayon
- Treasure Area 5 – Cuijue Slope
- Treasure Area 6 – Windrise
This special treasure area won’t give you any more Iron Coins, but you should have been able to earn plenty of them so far if you visit all the areas list above, and find all the treasure spots.
