Spider-Man is dropping tomorrow, September 7, and is coming with a few day one patches. Those are being used for polishing from bugs and glitches, but also to add more features to the game.
Patch 1.02 is introducing the Photo Mode, which we’ve already watched in action and looks brilliant, and accessibility options, together with a rebalance of the suit mods and the addition of suit power to the Velocity Suit.

- Adjusted the aspect ratio of the Controller Layout screen.
- Rebalanced Suit Mods.
- Added Suit Power for the Velocity Suit.
- Addressed and improved various audio related issues.
- Further improved stability and performance.
- Addressed various additional issues.
Update 1.03 and 1.04 are instead only introducing “various bug fixes”, for the moment being and from what the PlayStation 4 history says, but we wouldn’t rule out more stuff to be included in the patches right away.
