Kiryu was able to save Makimura in the previous chapter 13 Crime and Punishment. In this chapter, you will continue as Kiryu. After keeping Makimura somewhere safe you have to locate Tachibana who meets a drastic end. You will face Kuze in this chapter and Nishiki will join you.

Go To Little Asia
After dropping Makimura at the homeless friend’s place as Kiryu go to Little Asia to look for Tachibana. Enter the alley and you will find that Tachibana is bed-ridden. After the conversation, you will find that it was Kazama’s idea to prevent Dojima from gaining power in Tojo Clan. It was Kazama who constructed Tachibana real estate. Dojima clan will arrive and you have to fight the enemies here.
Once done outside Kiryu will be shot by a hitman, Lao Gui the same who killed the man on the empty lot from whom Kiryu was forcibly collecting money. Tachibana stands to save Kiryu, next you will wake up at Elder Chen’s care.
Follow the waypoint, you will find Nishiki with some Dojima men, he left Yakuza to help Kiryu. There will be a fight and after that head to the West Park and meet Makimura. You will get a pager message next go to the phone booth to call. The Elder will tell you about Tachibana’s location which is Crescendo Building.
Go To The Crescendo Building
Follow the marker and you will find Kuze and his men are torturing Tachibana to know about Makimura. Where you reach the place you will have to fight with Kuze and his thugs. Nishiki will help you in the brawl.
Daisuke Kuze Boss Fight:
After finding Tachibana in a bad shape Kiryu will attack that will trigger a boss fight between the two. You had faced him before also, look for the health bar on the bottom right. You will see another health bar which will belong to the semi-bosses who will be around you and as you hit the orange bar goes down. But Kuze has a huge green bar, which depletes to yellow and then finally red. So this will be along fought. You can deal with the weaker enemies around first and then go for the boss. After taking down smaller enemies Kiryu and Nishiki will attack together so you have a bit of advantage in the fight.
In the cutscene before dying Tachibana will tell you that Sohei Dojima is the one who framed Kiryu and then sent an assassin. Makimura will arrive and see Tachibana dead. This completes this chapter.
