In The Joys Of Civilization Walkthrough of Red Dead Redemption 2, Dutch and his gang search the city for information on Angelo Bronte, you will get a clue but before that, you will have to get your satchel back after it gets robbed by a kid.
In the last mission of Chapter 3 – The Battle of Shady Belle Dutch and his gang picks a new spot near Saint-Denis. This triggers Chapter 4: Saint-Denis and the first mission, The Joys Of Civilization where Arthur will have to find a clue on Angelo Bronte to find whereabouts of Jack.

For the Gold Medal, you will need to catch the street urchin before it reaches the market and complete everything within 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
Go To The Saloon | The Joys Of Civilization
Go to the Saloon, as you walk towards the door someone will point a gun on your head. It is Dutch just playing a joke after the cutscene go inside. Talk to the bartender and he will give you a Whiskey for a dollar. The price of the liquor is four times costlier than what you get in smaller towns. Once you ask him about Angelo the bartender will ask you to leave.
As you start to leave, a man will spot you and tell you about Angelo because he hates him. He will also tell you about some kids behind the saloon. Exit the saloon and go right, you will find a small alley on another ride. Talk to the women sitting with a main and she will tell you about the kids you are looking for. Follow her instructions and you will reach the next yellow patch.
Chase The Kid | The Joys Of Civilization
The kid will ask you to pay $5 to take you to Angelo. Follow him and he will take you a church and start giving you little too much information. From the back, another kid from the gang will steal your satchel and run away. You will have to chase the kid, the kid will jump on a cable car. Keep running behind the car and on your right, you will find your horse. The cable car will stop and a man will tell you the kid ran into the alley. Go into it and you will see three people talking to each other. They will also give you the kid’s direction and you will see him running in front of you. Keep chasing him, climb over the wall and then run over the roofs to reach the roads.

The kid will disappear in the market. You will have to find him, as you enter the market walk straight on you’re left there will be a pumpkin wagon. Just walk a bit ahead and on your right, you will spot the kid. After falling down, stand again and run behind the kid. Arthur will be surrounded by a gang of kids, one of them will return your bag and will give you some information about Angelo’s location.
After getting the details, return back to Dutch for completing the mission. The next mission is Angelo Bronte, a Man of Honor, for starting this meet Dutch and John.
