In Just a Social Call Walkthrough of Red Dead Redemption 2, Dutch, Arthur, and Micah are going to pay a visit to Cornwall to strike a deal. But Dutch choose to kill Cornwall that triggers a gun fight.
In the previous chapter Visiting Hours, Arthur and Sadie pulled out John out of the prison, but Dutch was not happy what they did, because he believes this will draw in a lot of Lawmen who can possibly kill or catch everyone. For the next mission Just a Social Call, walk towards the east camp in Annesburg where Arthur will get an unpleased welcome from Micah.
Just a Social Call Walkthrough
For Gold Medal, you will need to get a headshot of three mounted enemies. Reach the horse within 2 minutes 45 seconds after killing Cornwall. Finish the mission without taking any health item.
Hide Behind The Crate | Just a Social Call
For starting this mission you will have to meet Micah Bell in Annesburg. Once you walk towards the alley you will find Micah, shortly after Dutch joins. All three will discuss Cornwall and they will all walk towards the river. While following, Dutch will tell you that it’s Cornwall who is the reason why Pinkertons are hunting the gang. Once you reach the Docks, hide behind the crates. The gang will wait for the boat, in next cutscene you will see Cornwall arrives at the dock. He is talking to Milton about catching Dutch.
Kill The Pinkertons | Just a Social Call
Dutch and Cornwall will argue about the issues between them. Dutch will ask for the ship, $10,000 and safe passage and he will let him live. Cornwall will refuse Dutch’s offer and in turn, Dutch will shoot him. This will break a fight between the guards and you. After getting the control to activate Dead Eye and kill the soldier right in front of you. The Pinkertons will join the party to follow Dutch and kill them.
Find Micah | Just a Social Call
Once the train crosses, follow Dutch to locate Micah. Maintain a bit distance from Dutch so that you can spot the Pinkertons. One of them will be on the right-side on the water tank, the other one will be on the left building. Hide behind the wooden barrels below and clear the region. Micah will show up, keep your eyes on the left building. Follow Dutch on the top of the building. Once you reach on the top platform you will face Cornwall’s guards. Take cover and shoot. They will be right in front of you, hiding behind the wooden logs. Clear them and follow Dutch.
Don’t run, just go slow, and take cover around. The guards will show up once you clear the top area, shoot the oil wagon just behind the guards to create an explosion and kill all the guards once. You will need to shoot that three times. Follow Dutch and kill a few more guards.
Escape The Pursuers with Dutch & Micah | Just a Social Call
Follow Dutch and in the cutscene, all three will free up the horses. Follow Dutch, and protect him, you will lose if he dies. On your way look for the red dots, those are the enemies you have to shoot down. Stay near Dutch, he will run in a straight line avoiding the obstacles. There are lots of trees in the region and there are possible chances you can fall off your horse. The red indicators on the mini-map are the directions of pursuers. You will need three headshots to get Gold Medal here.
Finally, the pursuers will stop chasing you and you will be far enough. This will trigger a cutscene, Dutch will investigate the papers Micah stole. You will learn that paper is about a deal between Cornwall’s Rail Road company and the army. Cornwall has bonds at his oil factory and he is transporting Dynamite to Saint-Denis from Annesburg. Dutch will tell Micah to have a look into the explosives.
