Season 6 has just begun in Destiny 2, which means new Pinnacle Weapons to hunt down. Pinnacle weapons are some of the best weapons in the game, and really show your dedication to certain game modes, and activities. In this guide, we will show you the three new Pinnacle Weapons, and how to get your hands on them.

An important thing to note here, is that these are Triumphs, so are account bound. Once you have the different Bounties active on all your characters, then they will all make progress towards the Triumph when you play them.

Destiny 2 Season 6 Pinnacle Weapons

Oxygen SR3 Precision Scout Rifle

Oxygen SR3

Rewarded by the Vanguard, the Oxygen SR3 will show your love for activities such as Strikes. Oxygen SR3’s unique perk is “Meganeura: Dragonfly deals more damage based on the number of precision hits made beforehand.”

To start the process of getting this weapon, head to Zavala in the tower, and grab the Redeployment quest. This will tell you to complete the Triumph “The Best Offense”.

How To Complete The Best Offense Triumph

If you go to your Triumphs, select Vanguard, and then Strikes, you will be able to find The Best Offense Triumph. To complete this Triumph, you will need to do the following:

  • Land 1000 precision final blows
  • Generate 500 Orbs
  • Complete Strikes and Nightfalls

For the final step, you need to reach 100%, with finished Strikes counting as 1%, and finished Nightfalls counting as 5%. It is a long enough step, but you will need to spend some time grinding out the precision kills, and generating all those Orbs!

The Recluse

The Recluse

The Recluse is the Season 6 Crucible weapon. The Recluse’s unique perk is “Master of Arms: Kills with any weapon improve this weapon’s damage for a short time.”

To start this quest, head for Shaxx in the Tower and get the From The Mouths of Babes quest from him. This will tell you to complete the Triumph “The Stuff of Myth”.

How To Complete The Stuff of Myth Triumph

You can find this Triumph under the Crucible section of your Triumphs, in the Glory Ranks section. To complete this Triumph, you will need to do the following:

  • Win Matches in the Crucible
  • Reach Fabled Rank

It would seem that a single win in the Crucible will award you 1% towards your total required wins, so that is going to be 100 wins to complete the first step. It would seem that Iron Banner and matches played in the Competitive Playlist will grant you more.

To hit the Fabled Rank, you will need to spend more time in Iron Banner, or the competitive playlist! That is the only way to earn Glory. The bad news here is that you can lose rank if you lose games, so that will be a double edge sword for a lot of players. The Crucible Pinnacle weapons are largely for people who truly enjoy the PvP side of things, anyway.

21% Delirium

21% Delirium

The 21% Delerioum is the Gambit Pinnacle Weapon, and take the form of a very nice look Machine Gun. 21% Delirium’s unique perk is “Killing Tally: Kills increase this weapon’s damage until it is stowed or reloaded.”

To start this quest, head for the Drifter. He has moved from his old spot to the Annex, near Ada-1. Grab the By Your Bootstraps quest from him (you may need to look at the second page of his inventory), and it will tell you to complete the Notorious Hustle Triump.

How To Complete The Notorious Hustle Triumph

To view this step, head to your Triumphs, then navigate to the Gambit section. Under the Career section you can find the Notorious Hustle Triumph. To complete this Triumph, you will need to do the following:

  • 75 multikills
  • Envoys and Primevals defeated
  • Infamy rank reset

This quest is gonna take some time, as an Infamy rank reset will take some time. Make sure you grab as many Weekly and Daily bounties from the Drifter as you can, as it will help you complete this sooner.

That’s it Guardian, all the Pinnacle weapons for Season 6 of Destiny 2! Which one will you be going after first?
