The Lie quest guide – Destiny 2 – How to get the Felwinter’s Lie

There is a new quest in Destiny 2 called The Lie. If you go and visit Ana Bray on Mars, she will give you the quest. Rasputin wants to get to know us better, which seems to mean we need to kill a lot of enemies for him.

Step 1

For step one, we need to work together as a community. We need to fill up each line by collectively completing Seraph Tower events on the EDZ, Moon, and Io. While the description just says public events, Bungie has confirmed that this means the Seraph Tower event.

That doesn’t seem so bad, but the reported number of completions needed at each location is apparently 3 million, so 9 million in total. The sounds a bit rough, but we are sure the community is up to the task. You will need be able to progress the quest beyond that point until they are all completed.

Everything below this line is based on datamined information, and cannot be confirmed until step one is complete.

Step 2

Return to Ana Bray on Mars.

Step 3

Go to Vostok to complete a mission for Ana. We will need to investigate strange energy signatures.

Step 4

Collect data by killing enemies with Shotguns in the Crucible, or during PvE activities.

Step 5

Go and visit Rasputin on the Moon, at the Lunar Seraph Bunker.

Step 6

Investigate Rasputin’s secret.

And that is all we have for now. Like everyone else, we will need to wait until the community manages to grind out the required Seraph Tower completions. Until them, you will find us on the EDZ, Moon, or Io, doing our part.
