During the last few weeks, Pete Hines has made it clear that the Bethesda E3 showcase is set to be the longest the publisher and developer has ever provided to its fans both in Los Angeles and around the world. While it looks like it’s going to be much bigger than last year’s, this year’s presser won’t last three hours.

Whether this is a marketing stunt or not, that’s something we’ll learn more about directly on June 11, at 6:30 PM PT/9:30 PM ET/03:30 CET. As usual, the European audience won’t be very lucky with Bethesda’s pressers.
Anyway, while it looks like it’s going to be much bigger than last year’s, this year’s presser won’t last three hours, as confirmed kind in a joke Hines in one of his prophetic tweets where he gave a follower a response about the matter.
The follower asked him more information as he has an important exam and has limited time to watch the briefing, and the marketing VP confirmed it’s not going to be so long that he has to renounce to watch it live.
“I’m not going to give out a time. I assure you it won’t be three hours long,” he said. Of course, we’ve never seen a presser last three hours, that’s just something he says calculating the time the follower has at his disposal to watch the conference.

Bethesda has already revealed the existence of Rage 2, so one of the main announcements from the press conference has already been spilled and will come back in the form of more gameplay and details.
What else are they cooking? Rumors about a new IP from Bethesda Game Studios have been around for a while – that should be Starfield -, and Arkane Studios is teasing something big and Moon based for Prey. Id Software could also be working on a new DOOM game, and a teaser could drop about that as well.
So, a lot of stuff could be on its way. Hopefully Bethesda doesn’t disappoint any of his followers.
