Anyway, there’ll be someone who isn’t attending the event, and we’ve already reported about a lack of Rocksteady’s showcases despite the Superman game rumor.
On top of that, CD Projekt RED has announced that its upcoming title, Cyberpunk 2077, isn’t being presented at E3 2018.
The news doesn’t come as a big surprise, considering that the game’s been silent for ages and it was just revealed for the first time between E3 and Gamescom.
“We’re looking forward to seeing all the reveals and announcements during this year’s The Game Awards,” said community manager Marcin Momot.
“However we’re not going to be showing anything there ourselves. We’ll share more details about Cyberpunk 2077 when we’re ready.”
That’s the philosophy the studio’s been holding since it got pretty popular with the Witcher series, “when we’re ready,” so it’s quite good in our opinion that they keep doing so.
