During a press conference held at CES 2019 in Las Vegas, Sony has revealed the precise user count of PlayStation Network.
By the end of 2018, PSN had ammassed 90 million monthly active users, an impressive achievement for the network.
Sure enough, the milestone was led by the great results of PlayStation 4, which has managed to get as high as 91,6 million units by December 31, 2018.
This clearly means that around every owner of a PS4 reaches the PlayStation Netwowk so he can download updates and make purchases.
It’s good to note that this doesn’t necessarily refer to PlayStation Plus members – that’s a premium service you have to subscribe, not a regular account.
We expect PS Plus to have had a similar growth over the last few months, granting people free games and multiplayer, but solid and updated numbers haven’t been revealed yet.
