After having issues with Pokemon Go players in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Niantic has finally unveiled when they will redo the Community Day that featured Slakoth. The new Slakoth event will only happen in parts of the world that were affected with the issue.
Niantic decided to bring back Slakoth Community Day in Europe, Middle-East, and Africa in Pokémon Go after last month’s issues caused the Pokémon to not appear much at all.
On June 8, Slakoth was expected to spawn more commonly between the hours of 3 PM and 6 PM. During the day of the event, there were reports from players that live countries within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa that Slakoth stopped spawning only 15 to 20 minutes after the event started. Niantic got word on these issues and promised that they would re-do the community day event for the countries that were affected by the problems.

Starting on July 4, at 10:00 CEST, Slakoth will appear more commonly in those parts of the world to make up for previous issues. North America and other regions, however, won’t get a redo.
Slakoth is a Normal-type Pokémon that resembles a sloth. It is supposed to be a very chill and relaxing Pokémon. It can evolve into a Vigoroth, which in turn can evolve into a Slaking. These Slakoth, once they fully evolve into a Slaking, will learn the Body Slam move. There will also be a chance to capture shining Slakoth.
