According to NPD Group, Red Dead Redemption 2 will be the best selling game during the Q4 2018 and overall this year when it releases on October 26 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

According to NPD Group, Red Dead Redemption 2 will be the best selling game during the Q4 2018 and overall this year when it releases on October 26 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The open world western based action title by Rockstar Games is reported to be beating in what is going to be a very tight competition all over the United States territory.

This is how the top ten will look like at the end of the year, at least according to NPD’s Mat Piscatella:

1. Red Dead Redemption 2
2. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
3. Battlefield 5
4. NBA 2K19
5. Far Cry 5
6. Madden NFL 2K18
7. Fallout 76
8. God of War
9. Monster Hunter: World
10. Marvel’s Spider-Man

It’s interesting to note that among the best selling games over there we’ll still find some which have already been released earlier this year, like Far Cry 5 and God of War, that are evidently going to be selling very good into the holiday season, too.
