You need to visit the Stow-on-Side bargain shop, which you can find in Stow-on-Side city. When you fast travel to the town, it will be to your left, and you want to speak to the vendor in the middle.
The vendor will have an offer for you, and if it’s not the Reveal Glass, you have to wait until the next day for it to appear again.
