Can you get a fox in Sea of Thieves?
We can confirm that foxes have now arrived at the Pirate Emporium. The team at Sea of Thieves had been hyping them up quite a bit in the lead-up to Season 7, but they are now available, and you purchase them in the Pirate Emporium. There are a handful of choices to pick from, and when you purchase the companion, you can expect to see it safely tucked away on your ship, adding another to your ship’s customization.

Likely, foxes were not immediately available because they were not ready for the release of Season Seven. The update had to be pushed from its original release, given many technical difficulties the development team was dealing with, and foxes may have been among them. We’re glad to see those troubles are behind the team, and Sea of Thieves players can add this animal to their ship.
You can make your way over to the Pirate Emporium to purchase them. They will cost real-world money to grab. There are five different choices to pick from. They arrive alongside the Mandrake Ship Set, the Mandrake Pirate costume, and the weapon bundle.
