Paid in full.

After you complete The Heist job in Cyberpunk 2077, more of the game opens for you and starts to check more Night City areas. It’s a good time to check in on V’s old contact to receive a long-overdue payment. You want to speak with Wakako Okada, and you can find her in Japantown. She’s a fixer.

Where to find Wakako Okada

Wakako’s location is in the back of a Pachinko parlor on Jig-Jig street. Head over to Jig-Jig to speak with her. All you have to do is head into the back, and you have a brief exchange with her. The dialogue is fairly straightforward, and the reward is straightforward. Once you receive the reward, Wakako sends you to Cassius Ryder’s ripperdoc clinic, and you pick up a bonus for the job you previously did.

The ripperdoc shop is all the way back in Northside. You should fast travel to that location rather than walk or drive there.

When you arrive, speak to the vendor at the front. They’ll have your implant, but you need to find it in their inventory. It’ll be under “Hands,” and the name of the specific implant is “Tattoo: Tyger Claws dermal imprint.” It’s free, so no need to worry about how much money you have.

Once it’s installed, you can close out of the vendor and The Gig is complete.
