Cyberpunk 2077 has caused the delay of a Path of Exile expansion, which was set to release on December 11. Now that the CD Projekt RED game\u00a0is coming on December 10, that expansion's release date has been moved to January. The shooter RPG was set to launch on November 19 after at least two delays since its original target date of April 2020. "As we discussed last week, our new development methodology gives us confidence that we'd be able to hit this date with a high-quality expansion," he added, sharing it was not a delay linked to the development of the expansion itself. The development is still expected to wrap up early-mid December, so the additional time will be spent working on the expansion 3.14. "Yesterday, CD Projekt Red announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will now be released on December 10," frankly adds the post. "We do not want to put our players in a position of having to choose between these two games, so we have decided to step out of the way and delay the release of Path of Exile 3.13 until January." Considering both the titles have strong RPG components, it makes sense for the less anticipated of the two to move as distant as possible from Cyberpunk 2077. "In the meantime, let's all get out our Albino Rhoa Feathers and pray to Kuduku that they don't delay again," joked Wilson.
