Dead Cells Weapon Upgrade Guide

List of Regular Upgrades

This List of Upgrades will help you get stronger in the game, it will guide you to get extra health, money and get you essential needs for your upgrade.

Upgrade Item – Health Flask I

  • Description – Could be used any time of your gameplay and unlocks health potion.
  • Cost – 5 Cells
  • Requirement – None

Upgrade Item – Health Flask II

  • Description – Use Health Potion twice.
  • Cost – 50 Cells
  • Requirement – Health Flask I

Upgrade Item – Health Flask III

  • Description – Use Health Potion Three times.
  • Cost – 300 Cells
  • Requirement – Health Flask II

Upgrade Item – Health Flask IV

  • Description – You have a total of four health potions.
  • Cost – 700 cells
  • Requirement – Health Flask II

Upgrade Item – Gold Reserves I

Description – Helps you store 3000 gold when you die so you can use on the new run. Help you get items in the prison.

Cost – 5 Cells

Requirement – None

Upgrade Item – Gold Reserves II

  • Description – Helps you store 6000 gold when you die, you will also have access to more expensive shop-keeper items at the start.
  • Cost – 35 Cells
  • Requirement – Gold Reserves I

Upgrade Item – Gold Reserves III

  • Description – The more the money you have the better it is.
  • Cost – 160 Cells
  • Requirement – Gold Reserves II

Upgrade Item – Gold Reserves IV

  • Description – Lots of wealth
  • Requirement – Gold Reserves III

Upgrade Item – Random Starter Bow

  • Description – Upgrading your starter bow which you get at the start of the game gets you a much better Bow.
  • Cost – 65 Cells
  • Requirement – Unlock 2 items.

Upgrade Item – Random Starter Shield

  • Description – Upgrading your starter shield will improve its ability.
  • Cost – 65 Cells
  • Requirement – Unlock 2 items.

Upgrade Item – Random Melee Weapon

  • Description – The Melee Weapon is one of the main weapons in Dead Cells. Upgrading it further will make it even stronger.
  • Cost – 65 Cells
  • Requirement – Unlock 12 Items

Upgrade Item – Restock

  • Description – Spending Gold will get you new shop Inventory
  • Cost – 300 Cells
  • Requirement – Unlock 20 Items

Upgrade Item – Hunter’s Grenade

  • Description – Help’s in finding Blueprints from enemies.
  • Requirement – Unlock 20 Items

Upgrade Item – Recycling I

  • Description – Use it to transform items into Gold that are found on the ground or in treasure chests. Can be used to transform items that you like the most.
  • Cost – 25 Cells

Upgrade Item – Recycling II

  • Description – Use it to transform items into Gold that are found on the ground or in treasure chests.
  • Cost – 120
  • Requirement – Recycling I

Upgrade Item – Double Crossbow Matic

  • Description – Each hit has 79 DPS which hits two nearby enemies in one shot.
  • Cost – 15 Cells

Upgrade Item – Root Grenade

  • Cost – 40 Cells

Upgrade Item – Balanced Blade (Melee Weapon)

  • Cost – 5 Cells

Upgrade Item – Blood Sword (Melee Weapon)

  • Cost – 5 Cells

Upgrade Item – Assassin’s Dagger (Melee Weapon)

  • Cost – 30 Cells

Upgrade Item – Spartan Sandals (Melee Weapon)

  • Cost – 5 Cells

Upgrade Item – Broadsword (Melee Weapon)

  • Cost – 20 Cells

Upgrade Item – Impaler (Melee Weapon)

  • Cost – 45 Cells

Upgrade Item – Infantry Bow (Ranged Weapon)

  • Cost – 30 Cells

Upgrade Item – Heavy Crossbow (Ranged Weapon)
