Well known industry insider Tidux has shared an interesting update related to long awaited PlayStation 4 firmware 2.0. According to details Tidux received from his sources at Sony, PlayStation 4 firmware 2.0 would release before DriveClub, an upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive racing title from Evolution Studios.
I was told that the update 2.0 would be released before #Driveclub, but now it's time for the waiting game. #PS4
Sony announced the PlayStation 4 firmware 2.0 at their GamesCom 2014 PlayStation conference, and stated that it will add wide range of fan requested features such as ability to share gameplay videos on YouTube, Share Play feature which allows online co-op gameplay of games even if your friend doesn't have a copy of the game in question and remote controlling PlayStation 4 titles over internet.
But, sadly for PlayStation fans nothing DLNA/Multimedia, Suspend/Resume or other fan requested features have been added. Tidux has pretty good track record of leaking information related to PlayStation 4 firmware way before its official announcement, but still take this information with massive grain of salt and consider as rumor.
