The Warm Pelt can be a valuable resource for you to find in Monster Hunter Rise. You’ll be able to use it to force and upgrade your armor pieces in the game, giving you increased defenses and additional elemental resistances when battling monsters. In this guide, we cover where to need to go to get Warm Pelt in Monster Hunter Rise.
There are two creatures that drop Warm Pelts. The first is in the Frost Islands, named the Anteka. You can find them roaming around the region, and these are the smaller monsters compared to the ones you’re used to hunting. You can find them in regions 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9, but you’ll want to avoid searching in regions 5, 7, 8, and 10. These creatures should not be complicated for you to locate and eliminate. If you want, you can always hunt them by taking one of the other missions that are not monster hunts from the various hubs.
The other creature we found with Warm Pelt in their drop table is the Kelbi. You can find it in the Shrine Ruins region. It has a 45% chance of dropping a Warm Pelt, which is a better chance than the Anteka has. Of the two, we recommend going after the Kelbi, but both are viable monsters to farm Warm Pelts from.
