The Pyro Regisvine is an important world boss in Genshin Impact. You will need to farm it regularly for important resources to ascend your characters and weapons, so knowing where it is and how to kill it quickly is important.
You can find the Pyro Regisvine to the east of Luhua Pool, in a large cavern underneath the ground. You will need to glide down to it, then teleport back out after the fight.
The Pyro Regisvine is weak to water, so at the start of the fight use a Hydro character to quickly break the small crystal at the base of the plant. When you destroy this, it will stun the plant, and the creatures large head will fall over onto the ground.
This will expose the second crystal, which you should focus with Hydro, or straight up attack damage. Switch to whatever character does the most damage with physical attacks and hit the crystal as much as you can. You should, if you are lucky, be able to get rid of about 75% of the health bar without worrying too much about incoming damage.
When the plant regains its sense, it will start to attack. The Pyro Regisvine will regularly use an attack where it tries to smash you with its head. You can dodge left or right quite easier. It will also spin its head in a circle, doing a lot of Pyro damage, and you will need to dodge backward to avoid this.
You will also need to watch out for ranged attacks, the the Pyro Regisvine will throw balls of Pyro elemental energy at you that do splash daamge, and homing missiles of Pyro energy that will track you down.
When you reduce it to the last part of its health, it will gain high damage resistance, so don’t slow down the attacks. Just keep going until the fight is done.
