That Catalyst will increase your magazine size, allowing you to stack more Paracausal Charge, and will also give you improved handling, reload speed, and weapon range based on the number of stacks you have.

To get your hands on this, you will need to complete the Harbinger quest. To begin, go and visit the Crow on the Tangled Shore. Speak with him and you will find a new Exotic quest is in his inventory. This will give you access to the Harbinger mission, and a new run of quests to get Hawkmoons with rerolled perks.

After that, you need to head to the EDZ. Spawn in at Trostland and make your way to the right, across the front of the church, and in the door front of the broken building on the far side. If you look at the second floor you will see a golden bird perched on a broken beam.

Head inside and go to the floor just below the bird. Head to the right and you will see a small fireplace in the wall on the left. You need to shoot this with a Hawkmoon to remove it, revealing a small tunnel. Crawl into it and you will have the option to start a new mission.

Now, this mission is a doozy. You will want a full Fireteam, and it seems to be around 1280 or so Power. You will find yourself back at the dam where you had to originally do a mission for the Crow at the start of the season.

Now, some tips for this mission. Make sure you have strong weapons that do a variety of elemental damage types in your inventory. You will run into lots of heavily shielded enemies, and you will want the right element to break their shields. This is especially troubling as three of them will be mini bosses. It’s not a terrible idea to go with The Lament and the Falling Guillotine as two of your options here. Lament will quickly taken care of a tough Taken Captain, but the Void shielded enemy is a Wizard. Unless you are confident you take out this flying enemy with a sword, you might want to bring something else.

While the overall mission is tough, bringing some friends should make it much easier. When the mission is finally complete, you will get the Hawkmoon Catalyst.
