- Refinement Level 5 Perk – For every character in the party who hails from Liyue, the character who equips this weapon gains 11% ATK increase and 7% CRIT Rate increase. This effect stacks up to 4 times.
As you can see, the weapon provides a bonus to ATK and Crit Rate for each member of the party that is from Liyue, stacking up to four times. This means a party made up entirely of characters from Liyue will give the user 28% ATK damage and 12% Crit Rate increase at refinement level 1. This is guaranteed, and does not need to be proced and will not run on a timer.
