The Ticuu’s Divinitiation is a new Exotic that was introduced to Destiny 2 in the Season of the Chosen. You can get the weapon from the Battle Pass, meaning that eventually, every player in the game should have it. It is part of the Free and Premium tracks, so just put the work in and it will come your way.
The best thing about these Season Pass Exotics is that they also have easy to get Catalysts. You can begin the quest for the Ticuu’s Divination Exotic Catalyst by visiting Banshee-44, the Gunsmith, in the Tower, as long as you have access to the bow. Premium Tier users will get it straight away, while those on the free track will need to level up to rank 35.
When you speak with Banshee, he will have a new quest called Points Piercing Forver, and completing this will get you the Ticuu’s Divnination Exotic Catalyst.

For this step, you don’t need to kill Guardian’s with the Ticuu’s Diviniation, you can kill them via any means. With Mayhem active this week, it is a good time to jump into the Crucible and rack up some easy Guardian kills.
For the Orbs of Power, using Masterworked weapons will quickly generate those Obrs as long as you are scoring multikills.
Step 2
Complete Strikes, The Ordeal, Gambit, or Crucible matches and defeat combatants with Ticuu’s Divination.
