Judy Alvarez is making quite the impact on Cyberpunk 2077 players. The queen of the braindance, this tech-wizard is introduced early in the game, teaching you all about braindance, and how to take a scene apart to find evidence and clues.
You can grow closer with Judy over the course of the game, proving to her that you are a good person, and an actual friend, and it is one of the better relationships in the game. If you are wondering if you can romance Judy, then yes, she is a romance option in the game, but with one major caveat.
You can only romance Judy is you are playing as a female V. Judy is lesbian, so you can pursue any romance options with her as a male character. There are also some things you will need to do and some choices you will need to make to be able to spark up a relationship with Judy that is more than just friendly banter.
While Judy won’t always be a factor of the main story quest, you will get Side Jobs for her as you play through the game. These are:
- Both Sides
- Talkin’ Bout A Revolution
- Pyramid Song
If you want to romance Jude, finish those missions as soon as they pop up, but the last two will contain important choices that you need to make. For “Pisces”, you will need to tell Maiko that you don’t want to be paid by her. For “Pyramid Song”, you will need to accept Judy’s invite to go on a diving trip with her, and spend the night in a hut. You’ll get the chance to kiss her in the bath room. The next day, speak with her at the docks and tell her you think you guys have the start of something special.
