In a surprising announcement, Paradox Interactive announces a sequel to Vampire Masquerade
For those who thought the week couldn’t get any bigger with hot news, Paradox Interactive, famously known for their in-depth strategy games, announces Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2.
Players in the sequel are going to play as a brand new vampire who now has to contend with the various clans inhabiting the new city. We can expect stealth, heavy combat, and numerous decisions to make while interacting with these clans.
The original Vampire: The Masquerade first released in 2004 as a role-playing action game, and was critically acclaimed, but only after it launched. At the time it had to deal with some other releases, such as Halo 2, Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords, Half-Life 2. We’re going to see how well the sequel holds up in the current market.
Unfortunately, fans are going to have wait until 2020 to play the game. Thankfully, it’s going to come out during the first quarter. We still do not have an official date for the game. You can still pre-order the game on Steam, the Epic Store, GoG, and Paradox’s official store located on their website.
