Genshin Impact Year of the Ox event guide

Get ready to draw.

Genshin Impact developers miYoHo are running a small but heartwarming forum even to celebrate the Year of the Ox. It is yet another way that the company is celebrating Chinese New Year with the many Genshin Impact players around the world. In fact, much of the Genshin Impact 1.3 will center around these celebrations.

The Year of the Ox event is small in scale compared to some of the other events that are coming to the game, but it is very wholesome. To take part in the event, players will need to visit the official Genshin Impact forum post.

If you design your own Genshin Impact themed greeting card and post it in the replies of the forum post, you can be in with a chance to win a prize. According to miYoHo, 100 wholesome winners will win 5 Acquaint Fates to power some Wishes in the game.

100 people who comment on the posts will also receive an Acquaint Fate each, so even if your art skills are not up to par, you can still win something. The event will run from February 5 until February 19, so make sure you get your entries or pleasant comments posted before it ends to be in with a chance of winning.

There are some official rules for the event, which you can find below:

  1. It is not possible for a single UID to win both rewards.
  2. Comments unrelated to this event and comments on other replies to this post will not be counted as valid event entries.
