Fort Crumpet was added to Fortnite at the start of Chapter 2 Season 1. It is a ruined castle that can be found on the northern coast of the island, to the northwest of Sweaty Sands. It doesn’t seem to get visitors very often and has never been involved in any storylines in the game that we can remember.
The interesting thing about Fort Crumpet is that it can be a fantastic place to drop at the start of the game. There are multiple chests and ammo crates here, so you can be very well armed before you leave to head to a different location.
It is also well-positioned for you to go to the Shark or Sweaty Sands. We have noticed that landing here and then heading for the Shark leaves enough time to get well kitted out, and you arrive at the Shark just in time to shoot down whoever got there before you and was just about to open the vault. But, the reason you are here today is to destroy Gnomes for the Overtime Challenges.
There are seven Gnomes hidden around Fort Crumpter, and you can find images of them all below.
Gnome #1
You can find this little fella in the shop on the ground floor.
Gnome #2
He is hiding in the eastern corner of the ramparts.
Gnome #3
This little chap is manning a cannon on the northern rampart.
Gnome #4
You can find this Gnome at the very top of the tower.
Gnome #5
Just inside the building near the stairs up the tower, on the ground floor.
Gnome #6
He is hiding directly under the tower stairs.
Gnome #7
You can find him about halfway up the tower.
