God of War PS4 sold 3.1 million units in first three days. This means God of War beat Uncharted 4, The Last of Us and Horizon Zero Dawn. According to Daniel Ahmad: Uncharted 4 sold 2.7m units in 1 week, Horizon sold 2.6m units in 2 weeks, and The Last of Us shipped 3.4m units in 3 weeks on PS3.
Sony and Santa Monica Studio have announced that God of War has sold over 3.1 million copies, both digital and physical, in just three days of availability (April 20-22) on the store shelves and on PlayStation Store.
“When we first revealed God of War less than two years ago, we knew we had something truly special. Fans reacted with tremendous excitement to this bold reimagining of the franchise, and we were thrilled to explore the unique father-son dynamic between Kratos and Atreus,” Asad Qizilbash Vice President, Marketing, SIEA said on PlayStation Blog.
“Fast-forward to present day with the game’s release, and we are humbled to see such positive reviews.”

Thanks to this achievement, God of War has become the fastest-selling first party title on PlayStation 4, beating the likes of Horizon: Zero Dawn and reaching a new height when it comes to exclusive games.
