Pokemon Go Fest Dortmund 2019 ticket sales have ended, meaning they have finished pulling names to see who can have the opportunity to attend the event

Pokemon Go Fest Dortmund 2019 tickets sales have officially ended, Niantic has confirmed on social media.

These tickets were first publically available on May 13. However, in less than ten days, all of the tickets have been sold and given to eager trainers attending the event in Germany.

Similar to past Pokemon Go Fests, trainers had the opportunity to purchase a ticket by entering their name. If their name came up, they would have had 48 hours to respond to the invitation, and purchase their ticket.

The Pokemon Go Fest Dortmund 2019 is going to held in Westfalenpark, from July 4 to July 7, 10 AM to 6 PM local time. During this time, trainers attending the exclusive event are going to have access to personal research, in-game events, there’s going to be rare Pokemon wandering the area, and much more. Several of these in-game events are going to be available for trainers not attending the event, too. Niantic plans to reveal what those events a few weeks before it begins.

Some players interested in attending the event have had complaints in the past about how Niantic handles these ticket sales. Because all of the names get randomly chosen, many want a fair shot at having the opportunity to go. Niantic may change their methods, but they have made no indication they are planning to do so for future Pokemon Go events.

Make sure you’re learning what Niantic has planned for trainers not attending Pokemon Go fests this year, as they are planning to have something going on in-game at the same time.
