Two different types of Giratina are on their way. Can you capture them both?
The Ghost and Dragon-type Legendary of the Sinnoh region, Giratina, is returning to Pokémon Go on March. 28 with a mysterious new alternative form set to make its debut weeks later.
That form is, of course, its alternative Origin Forme, which made its debut in the Pokémon Platinum games on Nintendo DS nearly a decade ago. The Origin Forme version of Giratina will make its Pokémon Go debut on April. 2 until April 29, giving fans plenty of time to add it to their collection.
To capture this Pokemon, as with other legendary Pokémon, players will need to head to various Legendary Raids dotted across the globe and pray that they not only beat it but capture it with the limited amount of Poké Balls they get after finishing a raid.
Fail, and its back to the search to find another Legendary Raid in hopes of beating it once again.
