Here’s a list of 6 Apple Devices on which Pokemon Go support will end with after the latest update which is scheduled to launch in near future.
Pokemon Go the game which took mobile gaming to the streets was a huge success. The game has been from the starting well supported and has been receiving regular updates with bug fixes and feature additions, like an improved AR mode. And with the latest update which is to be released in the near future, the game will no longer be supported on some older devices.
In case of Apple products, the devices which are not updated to iOS 11 or the devices which are not supported by iOS 11, will no longer be supported. The reason for Niantic being, “This change is a result of improvements to Pokemon Go that push the application beyond the capabilities of the operating systems on such devices.”
The latest update will add the AR+ mode. The affected users i.e. who do not receive the update will no longer have access to their Pokemon Go accounts from that device, their Pokemon, other items.
Niantic said “After that date, Trainers using affected devices may no longer be able to access their Pokemon Go accounts from that device, or use their PokeCoins or other items in their Bags,”
