Ralts will be the focus of the next Pokémon Go Community Day.

Community Day in Pokémon Go is monthly events where players can meet up together at local community parks, and try to capture a special Pokémon. If you can evolve these special Pokémon before the event ends fully, they could then learn a particular new move that it previously couldn’t learn in the game. These events generally last for only a couple of hours.

The Pokémon Ralts will be the focus of the upcoming Community Day event on August 3rd. The event will only last for three hours, starting at 4 PM local time, and ending at 7 PM. The Bonuses for this Community Day are 1/4 Quarter Egg Hatch Distance and three-hour lure modules.

Ralts will be more common in the wild during Community Day hours, and there’s even an increased chance for players to encounter shiny Ralts. The Ralts during this event may also have a previously unattainable move if it fully evolves before the event ends; the new move is currently being kept secret.

Ralts is psychic and fairy-type; it was initially just a psychic-type until Gen. VI, which introduced the fairy-typing. Ralts first appeared in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, the third generations of Pokémon games.

Ralts is resistant towards fighting and psychic-type moves and is entirely immune to dragon-type. It is, however, weak against poison, ghost, and steel-type. With that said, Poison-type Pokémon is weak against psychic-type, which means Ralts should still have powerful moves to use against poison-type Pokémon. Ralts’ poison-type weakness stems from its fairy-typing, not its psychic-typing.

Ralts Community Day event in Pokémon Go will happen on the 3rd of August.
