Update 6.50 Allows PS4 Streaming To IOS Via Remote Play

You can now stream PS4 games to your iOS devices via remote play!

iOS & PS4 users rejoice! You can now stream PS4 games to any compatible iOS device beginning with the 6.50 update. Naturally, the PS4 remote play app must be installed on your desired iOS device but once the free app is installed you’ll be able to stream PS4 game directly to your iPad or iPhone. The Sony Xperia Z3 already allowed such a feature but the insanely huge iOS market will profoundly increase the number of gamers using this feature. Only time will tell if this is Sony’s first major step toward the rumored digital/streaming future of the industry.
