There are a few different routes up to the Altus Plateau, but once you’re there, you’re going to have to face a variety bosses. Below you’ll find a list of every one in the region, listed alphabetically.

All boss locations in the Altus Plateau
Ancient Dragon Lansseax
There are several dragon bosses in Elden Ring, and Ancient Dragon Lansseax is one of the big ones. Walk uphill from the Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace to the spot marked above, and he’ll fly down to start the battle.
Ancient Hero of Zamor / Black Knife Assassin 1
This Ancient Hero of Zamor (one of three in the game) is the boss of the Sainted Hero’s Grave. The dungeon entrance is marked above. The first Black Knife Assassin in this region stands guard out front.
Black Knife Assassin 2 / Necromancer Garris
There’s a second Black Knife Assassin in the Altus Plateau. He’s one of two bosses in the Sage’s Cave dungeon, along with Necromancer Garris. The dungeon entrance is marked above; it’s found along the water level of the lake under the cliff.
Crystalian (Spear) & Crystalian (Ringblade)
There are actually two pairs of Crystalians to fight in Elden Ring. This particular pair are the bosses of the Altus Tunnel dungeon — see the entrance above.
Demi-Human Queen Gilika
Gilika is found in a basement room at the Lux Ruins. Go to the spot marked above to find the stairs leading down.
Elemer of the Briar
The Shaded Castle sits in a poisonous area in the northwestern pocket of the region. Get through the whole legacy dungeon, and you’ll face Elemer of the Briar in the final chamber. Here’s how to defeat him.
Erdtree Burial Watchdog
You’ve probably fought a handful of these already, and the last boss-level version is found at the end of the Wyndham Catacombs. The entrance is marked above.
Fallingstar Beast
In the southeastern corner of the plateau, near the wall of the Capital Outskirts, is a crater. Head over there to find a Fallingstar Beast ready for a fight.
Godefroy the Grafted
Godefroy is found at the Golden Lineage Evergaol, the only one in the region. The fight here is identical to Godrick the Grafted, so look at our boss guide for the strategy.
Godskin Apostle
There are a few different Godskin Apostles in Elden Ring. This particular one stands atop the hill at the top of Dominula, Windmill Village.
Night’s Cavalry
Similarly, there are many Night’s Cavalries in the game. This one patrols near the fork in the Atlus Plateau Highway. Remember that it only appears at night.
Omenkiller & Miranda the Blighted Bloom
The Perfumer’s Grotto entrance is found by the southern gate to the Capital Outskirts. You’ll face this pair of bosses at the end.
Perfumer Tricia & Misbegotten Warrior
There’s another boss duo found inside the Unsightly Catacombs. The dungeon entrance is found at the end of the panhandle that extends out of southwestern Altus Plateau.
Sanguine Noble
This is another basement-dwelling boss. Head to the Writheblood Ruins and look to the spot marked above to find the stairs down.
Stonedigger Troll
This is the second Stonedigger Troll boss, found inside the Old Altus Tunnels dungeon. Look for the entrance along the western edge of the area.
Tibia Mariner
Remember the Wyndham Catacombs we mentioned earlier? The dungeon entrance is found in the Wyndham Ruins. The Tibia Mariner will also appear there once again.
Tree Sentinels
You’ll definitely need to know how to defeat the Tree Sentinel for this one, since you’ll be fighting two of them. The duo guards the southern Capital Outskirts gate.
Wormface
Most Minor Erdtrees are guarded by Erdtree Avatars, but not the one in the middle of the Altus Plateau. Head there, and you’ll face this nasty boss instead.
