How to make Trifling Glyphs of health, stamina, magicka, and prismatic defense in Elder Scrolls Online

Here is how to improve the stats of your character.

The Elder Scrolls Online has a robust crafting system that players can use to make a variety of items. Players can choose from a total of seven professions, with each providing a different category of items to craft. If you are playing as an Enchanter, you can gather runestones and craft Glyphs at the enchanting table. Crafting glyphs is a bit tricky in the game, so if you are wondering how to make Trifling Glyphs, here is all you need to know.

What are Trifling Glyphs?

Glyphs are crafted using runestones and are used to provide buffs to your health, magicka, and stamina. There are a variety of glyph strengths, and depending on the strength you want, you need to find the respective potency runestone. Trifling Glyphs have the least potency, and gear level requirement is also the lowest.

Apart from the potency runestones, the aspect runestones also further define the quality of the glyph. Using a better aspect runestone will provide higher buffs. Finally, the essence runestone will be the deciding factor in which element of your character will be buffed. Do note that Trifling Glyphs can only be applied on items that have levels between 1 to 10.

How to make Trifling Glyphs

You need a total of three runestones to create a glyph. The potency and aspect runestones define the strength, while the essence runestone governs the type.

Runestones are most commonly found near ruins, so that’s the best place to look for them. Alternatively, you can buy them from Enchanters, who are marked by the crystal symbol on the map. Once you have all the runestones, simply head to the enchanting table to craft the respective glyph.

Here are the runestones required for each of the Tifling Glyphs:
