Raven Software has confirmed that it is finally looking into Call of Duty: Warzone's overpowered weapons problem. Following Warzone's Season One update for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War on December 16, players began reporting that guns, including the DMR-14 and Mac 10, needed to be nerfed. As other gamers became aware of the exploit, more began utilizing these weapons regularly. Warzone fans have called out the issue as "game-breaking," as skill gaps and ranks meant little in the scheme of things. Frustrated players had called upon Raven, Treyarch, and Activision to pull the unbalanced weapons from Warzone, but due to company workforces taking time off over the festive period, fan messages went unanswered.
