Streets of Rage 4, the long-awaited latest franchise entry, has finally landed. The mean streets of Wood Oak City need saving, and it's up to your cast of playable characters to restore order. It wouldn't be a Streets of Rage game without some secrets and unlockables, and that extends to your character roster. There are many playable characters -- from previous titles -- to unlock and use in Streets of Rage 4. If you want to know how to unlock every character, you've come to the right place. Full list of Streets of Rage 4 unlockable characters Image via Steam There are 13 unlockable characters in Streets of Rage 4. Some of those are duplicates of characters such as Axel Stone and Blaze Fielding but seeing as they're different sprites from different Streets of Rage games, they count as separate entities. To unlock specific characters, you'll need to rack up plenty of in-game points and continuously increase your score. By playing through different modes, you'll earn lifetime points. This meter fills up as you beat up the bad guys. If you chain attacks together and take out more foes by increasing your multiplier, you'll earn more points. You can also earn points by completing levels with new characters, progressing on higher difficulties, and getting a high letter ranking for beating stages. Beating stages are based on how much HP you have left, the amount of time it took to complete a level, and how many stars you have left at the end of a stage. Reaching specific lifetime point meter marks will unlock new characters for you to choose from on the character select screen.
