  • StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty beta patch 1.35 available now

    "" has announced that a new patch v1.35 for StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty is now available for download from Public Test Realm.

    This new patch update is a minor one and carries several minor interface changes along with sneak preview of Season 3 ladder maps. The developer has released a complete patch note, you can have a look at it below.

    • A special sneak peek at new ladder maps is now available!
    • Several performance and memory improvements have been made.
    • "Player Left" messages will once again appear in replays.
    • The Hellion's Infernal Pre-Igniter upgrade icon has been updated (now with more blue flames!).

    • UI errors will now go into a newly-created Error Display Message window.
    • Cooldowns shorter than 1/4 of a second no longer display on the command card.


  • Naughty Dog extends Uncharted 3 multiplayer beta

    Uncharted 3 developer Naughty Dog has announced that the game's multiplayer beta will not end today as previously planned. The developer further that they will pull the plug tomorrow i.e July 15, at t 9:00 AM PDT.

    The extension given by the developer is not much, but it will allow fans to have several more hours of gameplay. This is the second extension, the multiplayer beta was initially schedule to end of July 13.

  • COD: Elite first batch of beta invitation going out today

    According to the report from Kotaku, Activision will send out the first round of beta invites for Call of Duty: Elite later today.

    The beta will allow gamers to try their hands out on some portion of service before its full launch in November with Modern Warfare 3. If you don't get beta inivitation today, don't get disheartena as it will be shipped throughout the next month.

    Complete list of premium features for the service will be revealed in September at Call of Duty XP.

  • Section 8: Prejudice dated for PSN

    TimeGate Studio has announced the launch date of Section 8: Prejudice. The multiplayer FPS sequel will be available on PSN on July 27, and it will carry a price tag of £12.99.

    According to the details revealed on PS Blog, PS3 gamers will get to play two new game modes "Skirmish and Assault". In addition to this, gamers who purchase the game in the first week on sale will get Blitz Armor Pack and Overdrive Map Pack for free of cost.

    The first 100 PS members who purchase the game will receive exclusive Hunter Armor as well as a free copy of the original Section 8.

  • Minecraft 1.8 release date hinted

    Notch has hinted the launch window for Minecraft 1.8. On Twitter Notch confirmed that Minecraft Adventure update will be playable at PAX 2011. The event is schedule to kicks off August 26-28.

    It has been reported that Minecraft beta v1.8 will follow immediately after the event i.e in the early part of September.

  • Playstation 3DTV launch date revealed

    The launch date of Sony's Playstation 3DTV has been revealed by GameStop. According to the details revealed, the Playstation 3DTV is now available for pre-order at GameStop, and will be available for purchase on November 26.

    At this year's E3, Sony announced Playstation 3DTV, and also confirmed 3D split-screen games will allow two gamers to see their own, individual screen in HD>

  • Getting $10 off on Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is a headace

    According to the details revealed by "RipTen", getting $10 off on Skyrim for purchasing Oblivion is a headache, and is not an easy task as it sounds.

    Bethesda advertised that to get a $10 off on Skyrim, gamers need to buy Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Collector's Edition. However there are tons of other parameters as well that have to be met first to get $10 off on Skyrim.

  • New RPG shooter "Hard Reset" unveiled, teaser trailer is stunning

    Flying Wild Hog, a new studio formed from members of People Can Fly, CD Projekt RED and City Interactive has announced their first game title "Hard Reset".

    Hard Reset is a dark sci-fi first person shooting game title, and it's a PC exclusive. The game was developed on a proprietary engine called Road Hog. Hard Reset is schedule to launch at somepoint in September. Check out the teaser trailer for the game below:
