  • DC Universe Online now available

    DC Universe Online now out and it is on sale for PC and PlayStation 3. The game includes a month's subscription.

    "We’re redefining the genre and blazing a new trail in the gaming industry with the introduction of DC Universe Online,” said John Smedley, President, Sony Online Entertainment.

  • Pac-Man will soon become a TV program

    As we learned through VG247, Namco Bandai and Merv Griffin Entertainment are working on creating a TV program Pac-Man of famous game "Pacman" appeared in 80s.

    "The idea we have is to take what Pac-Man is and bring it to life, to bring what is essentially the world’s biggest game of tag to television. big, crazy Wipeout-type event with a lot of energy." Said Roy Bank TV president, Merv Griffin.

  • Portal 2 to feature PC & PS3 Co-op

    Portal 2 will release on April 21 this year, and it will come with very special feature. Portal 2 will support the cross platform connectivity between the PS3 and PC.

    Yes, you thinking right, PS3 players can play with PC Players in co-op mode. EA employee has confirmed this Cross-platform support to the PressXorDie.

    This will make it possible to play the co-op mode between the PC and PS3. Furthermore, it will be first title to include the Valve’s 'Steamworks' package, means there will be automatic updates and Steam Cloud support. With Steam Cloud, the scores are stored online and can also be found on other PS3 or PC.

  • SEGA reveals its UK release schedule for 2011

    Sega has reveal its line up to be release in UK for 2011. There are 11 titles listed, the main highlights are Yakuza 4, Binary Domian, Thor and Alien: Colonial Marines. They have listed titles for all types of platforms.

  • Microsoft: Kinect is focused on Xbox 360

    Last week Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft, surprised us with some statements saying that they are agree with the arrival of Kinect at PC, at the right time.

    Now unfortunately, Microsoft have decided to clarify their words saying that Kinect is focused exclusively on Xbox 360.

    Microsoft spokesperson said to CVG that "It's easy to imagine the many ways Kinect could be used for different applications and Microsoft is uniquely positioned to offer that. Right now our focus with Kinect is transforming games and entertainment on Xbox 360".

    So for now it seems that PC users will have to sit back and see how the Kinect works for Xbox 360.

  • Codemasters assembling team for new online F1 game

    Codemasters is working on new title based on the F1 to be exclusively for online. For that Codemasters forming a new team that will develop this release. New team is to be based at its Warwickshire HQ and available positions can be found at Codemasters website.

    Codemasters Online VP David Solari said to Develop "F1 is incredibly popular in many countries, particularly in places where online gaming is either already big or rapidly growing such as India, Brazil, Korea and China, the potential is clear," .

    He added "We have proven F1 is a major games brand and what we have planned will build upon that".
