One such overlapping feature is the varied cast of playable characters and the method of getting them \u2014 specifically, through spending premium currency for a chance to "roll" a new addition to your party. In Tower of Fantasy, these gambling-adjacent rolls are known as Special Orders, though many players use Genshin's term for them \u2014 banners. The Choice Weapons and Choice Matrices Special Orders remain in play indefinitely, but there are also event-related Special Orders that cycle in and out on a timed basis. The first, titled "Royal Endowment," gives players the chance to pull for the Simulacrum Annabella and her sniper rifle weapon Clover Cross, and is running until February 1. The second, "Burning Reaction," is a reissue banner that allows players another chance to get Cobalt-B and her weapon, the Flaming Revolver. When is the next Special Order Banner in Tower of Fantasy? As an ice-based attacker, Alyss can do some real damage on the field with her weapon, Unyielding Wing. Her combat has a dance-like flow to it and her Latent State skill will see her turning into a butterfly and fluttering around the arena. She was previously only available in the Chinese version of the game, but the new Special Order will see her becoming playable for global audiences for the first time.
